Not everything in the stable is for the horse. This collection is for you as a rider: riding gloves and knee socks, a mounting step, a boot jack and a helmet case, and the items to set up an arena or practice course.
Hands and feet
For riding gloves, you can choose from Magic Grippy in children's and adult sizes (including a rainbow version for children), the one-size Magic Touch that fits most hands, and the MacWet Micro Mesh in size 9. When choosing, look at the grip on the inside of the fingers, where the rein runs, and whether you also want to wear the glove in cold and wet weather.
Knee socks and riding socks come in various colour combinations, but only in size 43-46. With a plastic or hardwood boot jack, you get riding boots off without pulling at the heel.
Mounting and storage
A mounting block makes mounting easier and puts less strain on the saddle and your horse's back. Choose between the Vplast Opstap en zit step, which also serves as a seat, or the three-step mounting block from Excellent Horse. For your helmet there is a sturdy case; a helmet itself is not in this range.
Setting up an arena or course
- Vplast dressage letters for a permanent or temporary dressage arena.
- A Show Jump holder for letters and numbers on a jumping course.
- Cavaletti blocks in pairs, for groundwork and small jumps.
- A lunge line (soft, 8 metres, or deluxe with trigger clip) and a 180 cm lunge whip.
- A 90 cm riding whip and a dressage whip.
If you compete, check the rules for the permitted whip length. For children who want to decorate their pony, there is rainbow colour chalk from Lucky Horse.

Frequently asked questions
What size riding glove do I need?
Magic Grippy has separate sizes for children and adults, MacWet comes in size 9 and the Magic Touch is one size that stretches. If in doubt, measure the circumference of your hand and compare with the size chart.
Why use a mounting block?
Mounting from the ground pulls the saddle crooked and strains your horse's back. With a step or block, you mount straighter and more calmly.
Are the knee socks available in smaller sizes?
Not in this range: the knee socks and riding socks are only available in size 43-46.
