This extension has been specially developed to make the standard trunk gate higher, so that you can also safely close the rear of your car for your dog in higher vehicles such as SUVs and vans.
The top gate is made of lightweight aluminum and sturdy plastic and has a continuously adjustable angle , allowing you to easily adapt it to the shape and angle of your vehicle. It not only provides extra safety but also prevents your dog from trying to climb over the gate.

This extension is only compatible with the original Trixie Universal Trunk Lid (item number 13201). Without the base lid, you cannot use this extension. Please also note that installation in vehicles without standard mounting points may require some extra attention.
