At Fidello we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and transparently. Below you will find all information about delivery times, shipping costs and how our shipping system works so you always know what to expect.

All shipping prices shown in our checkout are final prices including VAT.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery method you choose. The exact shipping price will always be visible during checkout before you complete your order.

how shipping is calculated

Shipping costs are calculated per parcel and based on parcel weight.

If you order multiple products and the total weight exceeds the limit of a single parcel, the system may automatically calculate shipping for multiple parcels. This ensures your order can be delivered safely and efficiently.

The correct shipping price will always be displayed in the checkout before payment.

order processing

All orders are first processed and verified by our team before being sent to our logistics partners for dispatch.

Orders placed before 11:00 (GMT) on working days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are normally processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

Standard Delivery
3–5 working days

Express Delivery
1–3 working days

Next Day Delivery
Delivered the next working day after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimated transit times after dispatch and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or busy periods.

tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel and see the expected delivery date.

incorrect or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a suitable solution such as:

• a replacement product
• or a full refund if necessary

Our goal is always to resolve any issue quickly and ensure you receive the correct product.

returns

If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, the product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange. Please use the contact form in order to return products.
