Sometimes people or dogs deserve that extra bit of love and attention. Has someone close to you experienced something special with their dog? Perhaps they've gone through a difficult time, performed a heroic act, or are always willing to help others. Whatever the reason, we at Fidello want to help put that person and their four-legged friend in the spotlight.

Do you have a story that needs to be told? Send us an email at klantenservice@fidello.nl with a brief explanation. We carefully read all stories and regularly select a special one to surprise someone with a lovely gift. Think of handy dog ​​accessories, a treat for their dog, or another special gesture to show they're appreciated.

How does it work?

1. Send an email to klantenservice@fidello.nl .
2. Tell us about the person and their dog: what have they been through and why do they deserve this surprise?
3. Add a photo if desired (optional).
